White Rock Gymnastics & Diving Training Academy is a one of a kind training facility in North America.
No other facility combines recreation, pre-competitive and high performance gymnastics & diving and it is set up with the top of the line equipment and coaching. It’s unique structure and design – and combination of programming creates an atmosphere of fun, excitement and performance for athletes of all skill levels and ages.
The facility plays training host to competitive gymnasts, Olympic, National Team and Provincial Championship team divers.
All coaches are NCCP certified and carry years of valuable experience in the gymnastics and diving world. Our staff are mature and many carry Post secondary degrees in teaching, early childcare education, special needs training and first aid.

The facility will be available for Diving clubs in BC to train Sundays and have use of the dryboard with spotting rig, trampolines (one with spotting rig), tumble track and floor, foam pit and much more.
BC Diving and the Academy will also host Sport Science seminars at least once per month that will be open to all coaches and athletes in the province.
The goal of the Academy is to offer the very best gymnastics and dryland diving training experience possible. We know the value of gymnastics and core movement training to young children. We have seen kids develop strength, flexibility, agility, courage, discipline, and many other traits that will help these kids with any other sport they may try in their lifetimes. Gymnastics is a great “base sport” and is recognized by many sport educators as a key activity in learning to master your body.
We also know that sport is FUN! And the long term athlete development model (LTAD) for Gymnastics and Diving puts emphasis on skill development through PLAY. All of our coaches are certified by Gymnastics Canada and Diving Canada and are registered with the NCCP. We adhere to the philosophy of teaching FUN, FITNESS and FUNDAMENTALS!
