Up on the 5m Divers pause,
Off they go to defy gravity laws!
Down through the water without a splash,
Thank-full that they did not crash!

Down through the water rip, rip, rip!
First come the judges with their score card,
Divers are hoping they aren’t too hard!
Coaches are dancing on the pool side,
Parents are happy that their kid tried!

Next come the little Divers oh so cute,
Wearing their new Speedo Suit!
Front jump, back jump, a fall in too,
Off to their coaches, their lips all blue!

Finally the Divers that train every day,
Provincials, Nationals, and Olympics some might say!
They do twists and flips and point their toes,
When they pike their knees hit their nose!
